When a Service Professional is on-boarded on to the Malaika Services Platform we will create an Account to post any information about the Service Professional and during the onboarding process the Service Professional, will be required to disclose information as mentioned in clause 1 or any other information to cater the User(s) needs/Service Requests. The type of PII that Malaika Services collects from Service Professionals varies based on a particular interaction with the Website or mobile application including your payment information.
If Malaika Services deem it necessary, in its sole and absolute discretion, may also ask for and collect supplemental information from third parties, such as information about Service Professionals’ credit from a credit bureau (to the extent permitted by law), or information to verify any identification details provided during registration.

If Malaika Services wishes to use any of your personal data for a new purpose, it will seek such User's/Service Expert’s permission before doing so. Malaika Services may share User information including Sensitive Data with Service Professionals to be able to understand and service the request of the User or provide customer support. Information may include but not be limited to User’s Service Request/ requirements and contact details.

The information posted by Service Professionals is available to other Users and visitors of Malaika Services’s Website and Services. All employees and data processors of Malaika Services, who have access to, and are associated with the processing of PII and Sensitive Data, are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your PII and Sensitive Data.
